These 2 videos changed everything

Happy Monday, Cleanish Squad!  

A few years ago on YouTube, I shared a couple of videos — this one (that exploded to over 1 million views!) showing how I had a protein smoothie every day, and this one in which I talked about the importance of protein, especially for women. After these videos, I kept getting asked what protein powder I recommended.

Honestly, the options out there at that time seriously needed to be improved.  Even once you found a “clean” option, it either tasted awful and had a grainy, gritty texture if it was a plant-based protein, or it wouldn’t mix well with water if it was a whey protein.
