It’s important that you recognize this…

How are you doing today?

...like really doing?

If you’re like me, you usually just say, “Fine, how about you?” It's funny how we can so easily brush off focusing on how we're actually doing, just to make things easier.

And that’s why I wanted to send this quick note today. To see how you’re doing this holiday season and to remind you how awesome you are.

As I sit here with my coffee this morning, thinking more on my 2024 goals, I feel the need to also take a step back and reflect on what I accomplished (and failed to accomplish) over the past year.

What were my goals? Did I reach them?

If I didn’t reach my goals, what kept me from reaching them?

Were the goals aligned with what I really want or need?  Could they have been improved?

What will my goals be for 2024?

How much faith do I have in myself to reach my goals in 2024?

Maybe, after thinking about your own goals, you see the same goal repeating year after year, without ever getting crossed off.

Maybe you made progress this past year, but something got in the way.

Maybe you killed it, and need next level goals.

Despite the best planning, we all have stumbles. We all run out of time. We all have lives and families and other important priorities.  We all have goals that have yet to be crossed off.

And that’s okay.

The important thing to remember is that just being present in this thought process, making the choice to focus on your goals, is so HUGE.

The hardest part is getting started…and you’re already here!

This is all part of the journey.

Happy Holidays!
