Lately, it seems, everything you buy at the grocery store has increased in price, sometimes even doubled.  On top of increased rent, utilities, and seemingly every other service, many of us are still feeling the pinch of the pandemic at the grocery store.

But as we’ve returned to “normalcy,” why aren't grocery prices returning to normal yet?  😩

High grocery costs are a big issue. They impact everyone, so I want to tackle them by doing a meal prep challenge on a budget. I want to provide an example of how you can eat healthy while on a budget…and, hopefully, inspire you to do the same.
