Happy Monday! 

If you’ve been around for a while, you might have known me at first as A Sweet Pea Chef. If so, thanks for the long-time support, friend. :)

If you’re new here, the short story is I worked on the blog, A Sweet Pea Chef, where I shared creative ways to use clean ingredients to enjoy the foods you love. Well, at first the recipes weren’t even clean. More on that here. Basically, the blog is will teach you how to eat healthy and still enjoy your food.

But, after creating about 400+ recipes and videos for the blog + about 1,000+ recipes and videos for Tastemade, a company for whom I contracted as a recipe creator + this cookbook + 14 weeks of meal plans for The Cleanish Movement, I kinda broke on recipes.

My creative muse had left the building, and I needed a break.

This was also around the same time as the YouTube channel really started taking off, but not from the recipes, interestingly. My subscribers started caring more about my weight loss journey and how to lose weight.

So, I started creating content like this on Intermittent Fasting and Inflammation.

All that to say, the time has come, and I have found my way back to the kitchen, and have been enjoying being creative with food again. Though, I’m not really sure what that means lol

Right now, I’m working on several new recipes to add to the blog…a Mediterranean meal prep plan, a cashew cream sauce, a few pastas, and such. And I’ve also been updating older recipes with new images, like this.

In summary, thank you for your ongoing support of my intense focus and then inevitable restlessness. I truly appreciate it, and hope to keep providing you the value and motivation to live a healthier life.
