I did something I thought I’d never do.

I quit Intermittent Fasting.

You might wonder why I would change anything if I was losing weight and had been successful with Intermittent Fasting for five years.

As I’ve progressed on my weight loss journey, my priorities have shifted.  At first, I wanted to lose weight and feel better about myself.  Like, desperately.

But as I’ve lost weight, I have realized my focus shouldn't solely be on the number on the scale, but on my overall health and well-being.
